This is so much fun. You can spend the whole day on this site. I am not sure if this will help the patrons or not. But if you are making a video this would definetly help them. This one has become one of my favorites.

#23-Wrap up feelings about this journey

Hi,
At first it was really frustrating because we werent told that much stuff about it. Plus Four of my training sessions got cancelled due to Staff Meetings and Bookmobile.
Holly M helped with a couple of excerise and after that I was able to do it on my own.Here are my own thoughts about this progam
1-Getting started- not much on this one.
2-7 1/2 habits of learning: this was fun.
3-Blogging create a blog. This is really helpful if you keep a journal.
4-blogging more.This would help anyone about getting more information abot blogging.
5-Photos & Images Discover Flicker.-I like playing around with this one if a person had make stuff like signs this would that site for them.
6-Photots-more flicker- not much to say about this one
7-RSS-This one took most of my time to figured out.
8-Find some feeds. This took most of my hour and then some more.
9-Instant messaging meebo-This was fun.
10-Social Networking-This would be useful for anyone.
11My Space/Facebook-This one was making mad myspace kept freezing up on me and after awhile I finally gave up and went to Facebook and this one was alot easier. I would rather had gone to myspace though.
12-Play Image. The Subject says all on this title.
13-tagging delicious-this was fun
14-technoratori-the video was fun to watch
15-Library Thing-This was my all time favorite items to do. This would definetly help anyone for book suggestions. Plus they can keep track of what books that they have read. I could have spent the whole day on this one.
16.Wiki's-Not much to say on this one. Didnt understand this one.
17-Cool Stuff-This was fun to do.
18-Applications-I would think that this one would the most item to learn and do for anyone because you could make spreadsheet, etc.
19-Audio/Video Music
20-Podcasting- I learn this one before starting this program I set up my ipod shuffle and had to have my brother help me.
21-Audio Video
22-Alternative blogging-This was interesting.
23-Wrap up FEelings about the program: Some of it was difficult and some were easy. Like I said above The library thing would great for everyone who reads.
Nothing really suprise me about this maybe except skectch part.

HI,
This one I knew Alittle bit more before this program. I was trying to set up my own ipod shuffle and was having trouble figuring out the Itunes program so I had my brother come over to my house to show me what I was doing wrong after that it was fun to do. Not sure if would help the libraries but it would help the teenagers.

HI,
I think this would be the popular site besides the library thing. At least when I looked the blog directory/blog posts/ and Tagging there wasnt that much different to me.
Popular had less front stories on the front page and had even a car sales add on it. The Percolator had much more current news on it. This would be popular for a library.

Internet ARchive- Didnt really care for this one
Absolute Sound Effect-Cool Idea.
Gutlenberg.org:This will be a great thing for the library
Mango Language: I wish I would have study another language in School,
but in our school at the time I was there they didnt make you take it.
I would have love to study: German, Finnish, and Sign Language. This is a definitite tool for the library on the computer.

MYspace/Facebook

Hi,
I was trying for so long on using Myspace and kept freezing up and making me mad. So I read up on my FAcebook there was alot of people
saying that myspace was also freezing up their computer. But one person
was saying to upgrade their computer, but 6/7 people were having the same people. I sure like FAcebook alot alot better.

HI,
I have mixed feelings about this Social Networking. I myself have not tried to put my own account out yet. But I do have alot of nieces and friends that do this all the time. I just dont feel
safe enough for them to be on it. I have been watching their account and the stuff that they put down is not true. I know that is why this is here probably. But also I fear for their safety.
